Our sourcing team’s longstanding relationships with small farms across the Inland Northwest allow us to handpick the most local and seasonal items available for each LINC Box, even during the off-months of the growing season. When local variety is slim, we work closely with our partners in the Northwest Food Hub Network to optimize winter variety while maintaining our commitment to working with small farms.
