Located in the historic North Monroe District, Elliotts was opened by chef Tony Elliott and wife Raelene in 2018. Sourcing many of their ingredients from local North Spokane businesses, Elliotts specializes in a diverse, all-scratch-made, American fusion menu. Specialty dishes for Elliotts include Charred Green Chili, complete with local tortillas from De Leon Foods, Scotch Egg, Pork Belly Rice Bowl and a Vegan Green Curry Bowl. Elliotts shares the mission of KYRS by striving for community engagement and creating community partnerships. Visitors can enjoy a specialty cocktail while admiring the works of local artists rotated monthly. Elliott’s is open Monday-Saturday from 9am-9am and Sundays from 9am-2pm offering Brunch every day with live music starting at 11am on Sundays.
