In This Episode, I (Federica) share a personal story about my experience serving with AmeriCorps and related social work fields. Like many young professionals and fresh college graduates hungry for professional development opportunities, I joined AmeriCorps to kickstart my career. While I experienced a lot of growth through the opportunity, I also faced some tough but important lessons about navigating the workforce as a young person that sent me on a whole new trajectory instead. In my story, I share my unfiltered perspective on the good, the bad, and the ugly.
