Laura and Mike interviewed George Taylor, a former pastor who was arrested for blockading a railroad track from oil trains.  George told the story of his trials and hearings, which culminate in his necessity defense being upheld by the Washington Supreme Court.  A few months before his trial, Burlington Northern Sante Fe railroad dropped charges against him.  He discussed the need to take more action to help prevent the climate catastrophe that fossil fuel use is causing.  We did three station ID’s
