Through the writing of and interviews with Sibel Edmunds, a former translator of Turkish for the FBI, the show explores how the embodiment of people in language may be subverted through lies and other distortions of the truth such that those in power never answer for misdeeds and ordinary persons come to live within a distorted reality. The consequences of this are examined using key ideas from Merleau-Ponty and others.
