To our KYRS family,
After a lot of thoughtful discussion and taking in to consideration the current concerns surrounding the spread of COVID-19, we’ve decided to postpone our upcoming spring fund drive. This is the time for us to really focus outward on service to our community. Your Radio Station will increase our efforts to keep everyone informed and safe to the best of our abilities, with updates from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Washington State Department of Health, and Spokane Regional Health District.
We know where our priorities lay.
As a nonprofit community radio station, the impact of us not doing a fund drive is huge. This is where the support of the community is ever more important. We will continue to be on the air, keeping you informed and entertained. If you can make a contribution to help us through this period, that would mean so much.
Stay healthy, take care of yourself and others, and in the meantime, don’t touch that dial, or your face … or really anything at all!
