2022 in review CLIP SHOW! I spun the wheel and where it landed is what I played. Namely, clips from interviews with community leaders and artists of Spokane, plus one Broadway star! They were:
September 20th – Andrew Levitt – Edna Turnblad in Broadway’s Hairspray, discussing drag culture.
October 4th – Julie Garcia – Jules Helping Hand – Camp Hope, discussing homelessness in Spokane.
February 22 – Kate Hudson – Visit Spokane, discussing the Lilac hidden gem flower in which we live.
July 19th – Kearney Jordan (director) + cast – performance excerpt of LGBT-themed She Kills Monsters.
April 9th – Matthew Danielson, Pride Festival organizer – discussing logistics and love.
February 15th – Patrick Treadway – Actor par excellence discussing his one-man play Barrymore and being Gay in Spokane in the 1980s.
Here’s wishing you a Happy New Year. I look forward to interviewing LGBTQIA friends and our allies, and all kinds of nice people in the upcoming months! CHEERIO! Maeve
