This was an interview with Meghan Fitzpatrick. Meghan is an RN. She is also almost finished with her Nurse Practitioner doctorate. In her work and in her studies, she is an advocate, not only for LGBTQ patients but also for all who might face marginalization in receiving healthcare. We had a great conversation, but as has been the case lately, Out and About was not streamed or archived. I had my audio recorder and was able to record (poorly) most of our conversation until the batteries ran out. I will invest in some lapel mics and start posting my interviews down here whenever the show doesn’t stream or is not archived. Not the best solution but the only one I can think of! Enjoy!
