Believing that all people have a right to high quality health care, our goal is to remove barriers to care and to provide that high quality care to you in a place that is convenient – in your neighborhood, where you live, work and play. And all under one roof. We believe all people should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their situation. And that is what you’ll experience when you walk through the doors of CHAS Health- your health care home.
