It’s Back !!!

Tomato skin hats, the enchanted canoe, and shaven yaks all make for great holiday memories, as every year families gather around the radio on Christmas Day to listen to the long-awaited Weird Christmas program on KYRS. Join Michael Moon Bear and Rusty Lewis (Rusty’s Radio Funhouse), 1 – 3PM on Christmas day. We will be live in the studio bringing you two hours of holiday strangeness for your pleasure.

KYRS Community Christmas Show

Hello! This is Craig from Global Odyssey. Join me Christmas Day for a special show 10 AM-1 PM. Instead of the traditional large Christmas gathering at home, let KYRS be your holiday gathering! I will be doing an eclectic music mix with an emphasis on Celtic music and will be encouraging everyone listening to call in and go on air with their Season’s Greetings. We just want to say THANK YOU again to everyone who helped us during our 2020 Fall Fund Drive.

With your help, we were able to raise over $15,000 to keep KYRS on the air!

We gave away tons of great prizes, signed new members up to receive updates from KYRS (like our newsletter!!), and had a lot of fun in the process.

And while we had a great time, no one wants to tune into a fund drive every time they turn n the radio, so don’t forget you can help out KYRS all throughout the year. It was a wild and crazy fund drive week here at KYRS. We had a lot of fun bringing you spooky versions of your favorite shows, getting calls and emails from listeners from all over. We gave away tons of swag from hot sauce to books to a very cool and rare Dr. Demento record, and with YOUR help we raised $15,000!!!

From everyone here at KYRS, we just want to say THANK YOU one more time. We couldn’t do what we do without your support, and knowing there are so many of you out there who feel the same and gave what you could just warms our hearts.

And just because our Fall Fund Drive is over, doesn’t mean you still cant give back to KYRS.
