RANDOM ACCESS is an unpredictable, free-form indie rock show heard every Monday night from 8-10 pm on Spokane’s only commercial-free, all-volunteer community station, KYRS. With your hosts, Mike & Dan.

Each Monday night, RANDOM ACCESS spins two hours of exciting new and time-tested underground rock, independent rock & pop, punk, post, new wave, no wave, shoegaze, electronica, avant/experimental, weird stuff – what we sometimes call “the unheard rock,” that is, rock music from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and today that you never, EVER hear on commercial radio stations. They’re afraid. We’re not. And we’re quite prepared to prove it to you each and every week.

In addition to the best of independent rock & pop, RANDOM ACCESS also treats you to info about your favorite bands and the latest releases along with a fair amount of pop culture trivia.
