About the Show

Personally Speaking is an audio-documentary of Spokane and the Inland Northwest one story, one person or group, and one Saturday at a time. Aired on KYRS Thin Air Community Radio, our show invites community members to meet through the radio.
Listen on 88.1/92.3 FM or stream live via KYRS.org
Originally created by Neal, Personally Speaking was a story show entitled So There I Was for the first four years of its life. In its fourth year, the show underwent a renaming, and set its sights on community-building through the radio dial.
