Today, Erika and Mark had the honor of interviewing Ingrid Ulrey, the Regional Director of the Department of Health and Human Services for HHS District 10. We discussed many topics including the successful transition to 988, HHS’s overdose prevention strategy, covid/public health, efforts to reduce health care costs and expand access to care as well as the HHS priority to address challenges in behavioral health and mental health.
