This is our FIFTH show! We are counting our tech and personal oopsies tonight, but… it is still our very first handful of shows, right! I KNEW you’d agree and see it my way. *smiles*
Tonight I needed this good music, and we chose really positive messaging for you as some folks have said lately that they really need it right now.
Being here with you to share queer artists, the musicians and singers who represent the Q in Q IT UP, means a ton to me and to Whiskey Trish. We feel honored to be in this role, to bring you music of all genres that make you feel represented as part of the LGBTQ+ and allied community.
We are finding new music daily that we think you will love, or at least appreciate. Our playlist exists partly for you to find the artists and songs we shared with you tonight, and you are welcome to call in to the show on a Wednesday evening 8-10PM Pacific Time to say hello or request a song, or even just tell us about your favorite queer or allied music artist.
Hopefully, next week we will begin to video live stream what we are doing in the studio with you, at least for a while, via socials under Whiskey Trish Music where you can see Trish live and thriving on KYRS.
