This week on “Good Brews”, the team behind the soon-to-be-open Incubator Brewery and The Steel Barrel Taproom returns to discuss the developments that have happened with their project since their last appearance on the show. New to the team is Chef Chad White, who will be bringing his expertise in Mexican cuisine to a ceviche bar, Zona Blanca, which will be housed within The Steel Barrel. Together the group discusses the brewery, food and beer culture, and their current crowd-funding campaign.
