Laura and Mike interviewed Michelle Bos about her studies and interest in insects. Michelle is currently a TV weather forecaster but working on a Masters in Entomology.  She spoke about what insects are and how they differ from spiders, discussed other kinds of invertebrate animals and described how many insect species are there in WA State.  She discussed native and non-native species. Her future focus will be on ticks and mosquitos and health impacts they create.
