We opened our discussion with talks about the mechanisms behind oyster mushroom’s killing of nematodes, and a recent study of magic mushrooms in anti-depressant research. After the break we explored generational effects of radiation exposure from both the Chernobyl and Fukushima accidents. Lastly, we talked about the “hype” of super computers and the future of possibilities of quantum-computing.
