Playlist for Show: Long Waves

This episode explores the history of deception and lies from the US intelligence services beginning with the Church Commission Report, and it explores the necessity of strict controls and oversight of intelligence agencies if the US is to protect its democratic institutions. This need more urgent today owing to the growing erosion of the First and Fourth Amendments to the US Constitution evidenced by demonstrated violations practiced by the FBI, CIA, and others. In light of  the Nunes Document on FBI misconduct, which has not yet been released, a conflict is emerging between the the NSA, CIA and other agencies and the POTUS  together with congress which threatens the processes of law and reasonable disclosure. The US iss approaching a Constitutional crisis.
