Updated information since interviews taken 12/1/18: Salem Lutheran was not the first shelter to come online. They should be operational by the end of the first week of December once a few building updates are made. The shelter at 5th and Cannon is open and transportation is being provided from Camp Hope. Needs shared in the show remain the same.
