If you have not yet paid your pledge, please do it today. We need your help to reach our spring goal.

KYRS broadcasts award-winning, critical news and talk programs like Democracy Now, Thom Hartmann, Alternative Radio, Jim Hightower and Ralph Nader. And, with more than forty locally produced programs, there’s something for everyone – the region’s only locally produced youth programs, environmental news, Arabic music, a craft ale program, LGBT programs, an Arts program, an Irish music program, open poetry, local news, local music, and dozens more. KYRS programs inform, energize, and educate listeners with unprecedented diversity by providing a safe platform for people to tell their stories, youth to voice their opinions, and artists of all stripes to share their gifts with the community.
We are only able to do this with the support of like-minded community members like you who donate to keep KYRS community-run, commercial-free, and going strong.
During the KYRS Spring On-Air Fund Drive, March 3rd – 10th, please contribute as much as you possibly can. We need to raise $25,000 to stay on track for the year. You can make a single donation or a monthly one of any amount at KYRS.ORG. $10 or more per month will make an enormous difference to help pay tower rent, production costs, Internet, streaming, phones, marketing, and to repair on-air monitors, purchase new computers and headphones.
By supporting KYRS, you get that great feeling of doing something positive for your community while enriching your life. As Spokane continues to develop into a creative and forward-thinking community, KYRS plays a vital role in providing access to the talent and diverse cultures that define our region as a welcoming and desirable place to live. With your help in 2019, we hope to continue to produce local radio that inspires action and builds community.
